| All Horses will compete together however the OPEN and LIMITED EARNINGS RIDER will each have a purse. The LER entries can place in the OPEN depending on their score, but the OPEN cannot place in the LER. |

| Open to three year-old horses that have gone throught the HPRBA Annual Sale. |
| 2 Divisions - 1) OPEN and 2) LIMITED EARNINGS RIDER, (Have won less that $5000 in any major association event excluding HPRBA Futurity or Derby.) |
