Durrett Cattle is operated by the Durrett and Moore families, and is managed by Will and Romni Durrett. We take great pride in raising angus-based cattle, and cow-bred horses with size and sense to help you do your job. Our mares have a strong foundation lines such as Peppy San Badger, Doc O Lena, Docs J Jay, and Poco Tivio, to name a few. Most of our mares were saddle horses and have proven minds. Our mare band is made up of the decendants and of the Junior Hays and Foy Proctor bloodlines, primarily Doc Bar, Dry Doc, Jewel's Leo Bars and Docs Val D'Or. Our goal is to raise versatile ranch horses that are capable of doing any activity on the ranch, whether it is dragging a calf to the fire or working as a team roping horse on the weekend.
